I was a little worried because it was my first time using it, but the facilities were clean and the staff were friendly so I could trust them and leave my luggage, which was nice because my luggage was stored safely!

This is really useful when you need short-term luggage storage service. The facilities were comfortable, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and parking was free, so it was very convenient. I will definitely use it again next time I need it ^^

I've been using it for several years, and it's easy to unload and load my luggage, and they've been so friendly and helpful with consultations on several occasions, so I figured I'd keep using it anyway, so I signed an additional contract this time as my luggage increased.

After looking around in Bundang, I came across the Extra Space Bundang branch. The staff was friendly, the warehouse was bigger than I expected, and most of all, I liked the security. There are full-time managers, so it's the best.

The staff in charge is friendly and the office atmosphere is very comfortable and nice. Even in the case of a warehouse, the temperature and humidity are well controlled and it is clean, so it would be good to use.

Since I had to move temporarily, I searched online for a private warehouse rental and came across Extra Space nearby.I've been to a few other places, but they are located in isolated shopping malls and have facilities in small spaces, but here, Extra Space Bundang is in a single building, has good facilities... and the staff that guides me around are friendly and I really like it.

It was a comfortable facility with both temperature and humidity controlled, and the visit was well managed, so it was a reliable facility.It was also nice that there were no restrictions on visiting hours, so you could visit whenever you needed.It was also nice that there were multiple options for warehouse sizes.

The price is reasonable, and due to the schedule after I was suddenly caught up at the time of the contract, I am very grateful for the kind response even though I arrived earlier than the scheduled time. I signed a 3 month contract and got a discount, which was even better. It is a stable warehouse that is always in place, so you can feel at ease. Keep thriving!

It was difficult to store my luggage for several months as the moving period broke in the middle, but I was really happy to find a company like this~When I visited the Bundang branch, the staff kindly explained, so I was able to proceed quickly, and I was satisfied that I was able to safely store my luggage as much as I needed at the time I wanted.

I have been using small-sized storage for more than 3 years and recently used it to store moving items, and the overall service is good. The humidity and temperature are just right, and above all, security is good. There are carts and ladders, so I always used them well. The office staff are also friendly. I highly recommend Extra Space Bundang~~

I looked into it because I needed extra space because I had a lot of luggage in my office.No matter how many times I called to inquire, they responded very kindly and gave detailed explanations, which I liked.We made a reservation for a visit and explained in detail the storage size we wanted and additional information. The system was good, the environment was clean, and it was safe, so we decided to sign a contract right away.Think from the customer's perspectiveI really liked the thoughtfulness and detailed and friendly explanation.I signed a contract for 3 months and plan to extend it further.

회사 자재 보관중입니다. 집에서 보관하기 힘든 물건들 보관하면 집이 깔끔해지겠죠? 관리가 잘되고 출입보안이 좋아서 추천합니다. 다만 보관료가 매우 비싸서 재력이 되시는분만 가능하시겠네요. 견적문의하면 답변도 초스피드입니다.

Best storage provider ever! Had a good deal of providing storage for a bag for 4 months. Very easy and friendly drop-off. Eventually I was not able to pick my bag up myself and so I was in some trouble. However, Extra Space went the extra mile for quite some time to ensure that the bag landed safely with me! They really put in time and effort to ensure that I would be able to have my bag again. Really 5 stars for the service they provided and of course I would visit again!

Extra Space Apgujeongrodeo branch has been absolutely fantastic. I only needed to store my items for one week while I was traveling. The location is very convenient and the storage has very good security. Additionaly the prices are very resonable, all the employees speak English which is an added benefit. Upon returning from my travels to pick up my items, I received a refund for the unused storage days and the deposit. As I am leaving Korea, I requested to receive these in cash, Extra Space was happy to cater to my requests.Most importantly Sarah Jin the centre manager and her coworker Kevin were both fantastic. I had no data, battery and many heavy items to carry, however, Sarah and Kevin did not hesitate to help me book a taxi for the airport and load my items onto the taxi. If you're in need of storage you will be in safe hands at the Apgujeong branch.

Apgujeong extra space is the best storage for travel bags , like boxes or the other important items you want to store. Please come to visit here if you're like a foreigners. This place is safely and hard secure for your own private items.

Excellent storage service that I have used for five years, with no problems at all. It is clean, secure, readily accessible, and the staff is very competent and friendly, . I especially appreciated that during the Covid quarantine years I was able to pay for my storage while living outside South Korea. Highly recommended.

A 24-hour warehouse near Yangjae IC, the price is expensive (reasonable), but it is convenient to use. It can hold about 30 apple boxes in about 1m width 1.5m height 2.5m height. Price is about 150,000 won/1 month, discount. Possible, cleaning, temperature, humidity, odor, etc. are managed well. It does not emit much when used. There is an E-Mart and Costco nearby. Residents of Seocho, Gangnam can use it conveniently.

셀프 스토리지 서비스. 가격 나쁘지 않음. 위치는 주간엔 차가 엄청 막히는 구간이라서 가기가 꺼려짐. 밤이나 새벽에 가면 도로가 매우 한산함. 창고는 깔끔하고 이용하는데 특별히 불편한 사항은 없음.

After conducting a thorough search a few months ago, I decided on Extra Space among the many companies near my house as they had good prices and accessibility, and the staff provided friendly advice! If you receive a consultation and register, you can use it freely 24 hours a day. I am satisfied with the double locking with a personal password and personal lock, free parking for one hour, and clean facilities.

Even 5 stars aren't enough. It's nice that it can be used unmanned 24 hours a day. The internal warehouse is very clean and well maintained. Even the staff was friendly and I signed a contract right away.

I have been using it satisfactorily for many years. It is good at constant temperature and moisture-proof, so it will not be damaged even when stored for a long time. It is located in the middle of the shopping mall, so it is a pity that it is somewhat inconvenient when carrying luggage in the parking lot.

The best storage space in Seoul! When I had to go back to my country temporarily I had to find a good place to store my things and they made the process simple and fast. They speak English perfectly and often have discounts. So the longer you “stay” the cheaper it is.I also like that you can pay from abroad without issues, since not a lot of places offer that option. Whether you’re a foreigner in Seoul or someone looking to make extra space in your apartment, THIS is the place to book.I also really like that they helped me move things into the storage even tho I wasn’t back in Seoul yet. Definitely recommend this place.

The staff at Extra Space Yongsan are very nice and accommodating. They made sure that my belongings would fit into my unit, and even showed me other units that were a bit larger if I needed it. The facility is very clean, and the sign up process is quick and easy. If you are someone who doesn't speak Korean well, there are staff members who speak English and can help assist you. I highly recommend this facility~ ^^
