Storage Policy

보관인은 유닛을 시설 관리자가 수용할 수 있는 방식으로 보안 유지에 책임져야 하며, 보관인이 유닛에 없을 때 타인의 무단 이용이 불가하도록 잠금 상태를 유지하는 것을 포함합니다. 시설 관리자는 잠겨 있지 않은 유닛의 보안에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않으며, 보관인이 유닛을 잠그지 않은 데에서 기인한 과실 또는 부주의로 인한 손해나 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

보관인은 다음에 명시된 물품을 유닛에 보관하거나 타인이 보관하도록 해서는 안 됩니다:

  1. 포장 방식과 무관하게 음식물 또는 부패 가능한 물품;
  2. 식물 및 모든 살아있는 생물;
  3. 폭발성, 가연성 또는 인화성 물질(예: 가스, 페인트, 휘발유, 오일, 청소용 용제, 압축가스, 배터리, 개인형 이동장치(PMD) 포함);
  4. 총기류, 폭발물, 무기 또는 탄약;
  5. 화학물질, 방사성 물질, 생물학적 제제, 유해 폐기물, 석면 또는 기타 잠재적으로 유해한 물질;
  6. 연기나 악취를 발생시키는 물품;
  7. 불법 물품 또는 불법적으로 취득한 물품(위조/밀수 담배나 주류, 인가되지 않았거나 안전하지 않은 제품 포함);
  8. 환경에 해롭거나 타인의 재산에 위험이 될 수 있는 물품;
  9. 오염된 물품으로서 음식물 또는 부패, 곰팡이 발생, 해충 유인 가능성이 있는 물품;
  10. 현금 또는 금괴, 증서 또는 유가증권;
  11. 우표, 상품권, 토큰, 티켓, 신용/체크/현금카드, 수표, 유통 가능한 유가증권 등;
  12. 시계, 보석류, 보석, 귀금속 등;
  13. 모피, 미술품, 골동품, 고유하거나 재정 가치 산정이 어려운 물품.
보관인은 유닛을 오직 물품 보관의 목적으로만 사용해야 하며, 다음의 행위를 하거나 타인이 하도록 해서는 안 됩니다:

  1. 유닛을 사무실, 거주 공간, 사업장 또는 우편 수령지로 사용하는 행위;
  2. 시설 관리자 또는 타인에게 불편을 끼칠 수 있는 행위;
  3. 보험 계약 무효화 또는 보험료 상승 유발 행위;
  4. 페인트칠, 개조, 부착물 설치 등 변경 행위;
  5. 시설 관리자 허가 없이 유틸리티 또는 서비스 연결 행위;
  6. 손상 유발 행위 (운송업체 포함);
  7. 공용 공간에 장애물/쓰레기 방치.
보관인은 유닛을 훼손하지 말아야 하며 청결하게 유지해야 합니다. 불결하거나 손상된 경우, 시설 관리자는 보증금을 보유하거나 관련 비용을 청구할 수 있습니다.

공용 구역 또는 유닛 외부에 방치된 물품은 유기된 것으로 간주되며, 시설 관리자는 임의로 처리할 수 있습니다. 보관인은 처리 비용을 부담하며 보증금에서 공제될 수 있습니다.

보관인은 합리적인 주의를 기울이며, 결함 발견 시 관리자에게 알려야 하며, 모든 지시사항과 규정을 준수해야 합니다.

보관인은 배타적 점유권이 없으며, 관리자는 유닛 변경을 통보 후 진행할 수 있습니다. 반출 후 계약은 새로운 유닛 번호로 대체됩니다.

보관인은 유닛이 물품에 적합한지 확인하고 주기적으로 점검해야 합니다. 시설 관리자는 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.

연락처 정보는 정확히 제공, 유지해야 하며 연락 실패 시 책임은 보관인에게 있습니다.

보관인은 관리자에게 손해나 비용이 발생했을 경우 이를 면책해야 합니다.

보관인은 모든 관련 법률을 준수해야 하며, 위반 시 발생 비용은 전적으로 보관인이 부담합니다.

관리자는 법률 위반 시 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있으며, 보관인은 이에 동의합니다.

By accessing this website and obtaining the facilities, products or services offered through this website, you agree that Singapore law shall govern such access and the provision of such facilities, products and services and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts
